It is mainly composed of two parts: substrate and surface film. The main component of the substrate is polymer material, the surface film is divided into PVC film and PP film, and the surface is covered with wood grain. When making it, the natural wood is cut into thin slices of uniform thickness, and then it is pasted on the surface of the plywood, and it is made by hot pressing.

What is the general thickness of wood veneer?
The thickness of wood veneer veneer is generally 3mm, and a slightly thicker one, such as 9mm, will be more used in commercial and office building spaces. When this kind of board is used in home decoration, most of the woodworkers make a large core board on site, and then paste a layer of veneer for decoration. This thin layer of finish can be divided into two kinds of natural materials and man-made materials.

There are more than 20 types of natural wood materials in the market, such as walnut, beech, oak, teak, cherry, sandalwood, rosewood, etc., with natural patterns, no repetition, and good visual effects. However, when encountering precious wood or imported materials, the price will remain high after being cut into veneer. So people thought of using man-made materials to imitate the texture of natural wood to achieve the same effect.

The wood veneer is extruded from bamboo wood powder, PVC and some other additives at high temperature.

Wooden veneer, the fire protection effect can reach the flame retardant B1 level, which can meet the fire protection requirements of various places.
